My journey through the English language started in 2014 when I decided to take online classes with native teachers. Mike Buttler played an important role in this endeavour. He encouraged me to pursue the English language beyond the classes, consuming tons of podcasts, documentaries, and every sort of entertainment. He was not only a teacher; he was a mentor too. The sensation of having my brain melting while I'm speaking English never disappeared, but I became really skillful in the process thanks to awesome professionals like Mike.
When Mike decided to create his own podcast, sharing his refined experience as an ESL teacher, he invited me to create the artwork. It was an honor, a pleasure, and mostly a sign that our teacher-student relationship was evolving into a good friendship. From 2020 to now, I have designed three podcast artworks for Mike, including the "English Sessions Podcast" and the "Get The Word Podcast," which you can check below.
